Shipping Costs

Shipping costs on orders are based on total weight of the order, and in many cases we subsidise them to try and keep the delivery charges to a
minimum.  Any delivery charge will appear at checkout before you click to confirm your purchase. Delivery charges are based on the item
or combination of items you are purchasing and the destination.

As of March 2017 we have just introduced full track and trace shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery times to the various regions are as below:

• Ireland – allow approximately 3-5 working days
• UK & Europe – allow approximately 5-9 working days
• Rest of World – allow approximately 15-20 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination. Check with us for specific orders.

Occasionally, when there are lots of fairies moving at the same time, we may need a day or two to replenish stocks. You will be notified of any
exceptional delays by email.
